Yesterday my good friend Amanda got married to Trevor. It was so much being part of everything and making some great new friends. It's a little odd to me that my friends are starting to get married. It seems like yesterday we all little girls playing princess and now they are all starting to get the fairytale.
Amanda and I
I'm so happy for them and wish them the best! Love you both!!
So I think it's about time I blog about Michigan. I had such a fun time hanging out with my dad and my brother's family. It was so good to see Delilah and James and just how cute they are. I really think they are the world's sweetest kids. Every night when Delilah went she would alway ask me when I was going to bed. I love that little girl. :) She's not so little anymore though. She grew up on me way too fast. As for James, he is the happiest baby I know. He has the sweetest smile and big blue eyes.
Delilah absolutely loves her grandpa. She loved playing with him in her room. She'd tell grandpa to stay in her room and then she come out and watching a movie. Then when grandpa came out she'd get mad and tell him to go back her room. She is a busy but very good girl.
This is how James is always smiling. It doesn't take much at to get him to smile. He loves to cuddle too. He's just way too cute!
On Monday night when were there, Colling, my dad, and I got to go to a Tiger vs. Yankees game. I've always loved sitting outside at baseball games. We sat pretty high up and this was view that we of the city from our seats. It's not the most spectacular city but it was still a lot fun to see.
I always love spending time with family. I had so much in Michigan and I hope to go back sometime soon.
So tonight we colored eggs with My aunt's family. It was really fun. We had to cook some more eggs too. We saw some water shoot out of the pot and thought that it was just the water boiling really hard. My mom drained the eggs and said one had cracked, but it wasn't till after we were done coloring the eggs we really noticed what had happened to that poor little egg.
My mom suggested that we color it and see what happened, and this was the result. Kind of gross. But I thought it was pretty funny. So, it's and egg with Keloids.
I know it's been a long time I've blogged. I thought I was going to be a good blogger but I guess not. Anyway, today I get home from school and my mom tells me that I have two letters. I'm thinking "Oh yay! Letters from my friends!" Nope! One of my friends apparently told a couple missionaries about me and thought they should write me. I've always loved reading missionary letters but I didn't really know what to think. I guess I shouldn't be weirded out though, they both seem pretty nice. Just a little random though. haha.
I know it's been a long time since i've blogged. Not a whole lot has happened. I am almost done with my nail class and will be able to do nails the beginning of April. So if you want your nails done or just want a mani or a pedi, give me a call. I also will be able to do facials and waxing in about June. I'm so excited to be done with all my classes and start just working on getting all my hours. It's crazy how fast school has gone by. I'm really enjoying it though. I've made a lot of friends and have also learned so much. I had no clue there was so much to learn about hair. I absolutly love it all.
So on Saturday I was at school all day so I didn't have to work. So me and my parent went to buy our new T.V for our family room. We were in Ogden and decided to go eat at Tony's for dinner. At first the line looked like it was going out the door so we weren't going to eat there, but then my mom decided to see how long the wait was and we got seated right away. We enjoyed our dinner and my dad got up to pay. All of a sudden one of the waitresses walked up with a napkin in her hand at said, "This is from one my tables, I don't know." and then she just shrugged and walked away. I opened up the napkin and this is what it said inside.
"To the cute girl sitting with her parents:
Awkward I know, but should call or text me sometime
P.S I'm the guy at the table you caught staring at you a couple times ;)"
I didn't know what to do so I just told my mom that we had to leave now! The funny thing is, is that I never did notice at guy staring at me. I think that's why I was a little creeped out. I probably won't ever call him but it made for a good blog post.
